Information on this website is general. The scope, price, timeline and payment terms for any job are set out in the written quotation, which takes priority over this website.

Changes to work

Changes requested after the quotation is accepted may affect price and timeline and will be agreed in writing before they are carried out.

Site access and rules

Customers provide access, water and power on site. Work is carried out in line with HDB, MCST and other applicable rules and permitted working hours.

We take care to protect your property during work. Our liability is limited to the value of the work quoted, except where the law provides otherwise.
