All ten trades in-house, one supervisor, a written quotation and a clear timeline.

Renovating a flat usually means coordinating a hacker, a plumber, an electrician, a carpenter, a painter and a cleaner, and every delay by one trade pushes back all the others. Zenith covers all of these trades with our own team. One supervisor plans the sequence, checks the quality of each stage and keeps you updated, so you deal with one company from start to finish.
For new BTO units we focus on what you need to move in: false ceilings and lighting, additional power points, vinyl flooring for bedrooms, shower screens, painting and a final clean. Because BTO flats come with basic finishes, a well-planned renovation can be finished in a few weeks.
Older resale flats often need more: hacking of old tiles and cabinets, rewiring, replacing old pipes, plastering cracked walls, new doors and a complete repaint. We inspect the flat first and tell you what must be done and what is optional, so you can spend your budget where it matters.
HDB has rules on what can be hacked, which works need a permit and when noisy work is allowed. We plan the job within these rules, advise you on which items need HDB approval and keep noisy work within the permitted hours, so you stay on good terms with your neighbours.
