A new floor without the dust of hacking

Changing floor tiles traditionally means days of hacking, noise and dust. Vinyl and SPC (stone plastic composite) flooring changes that. The new planks are laid directly over most existing tiles or screed, so a bedroom can have a completely new floor in a single day, and you can walk on it immediately.

Our installation

The floor is only as good as the surface under it. We check the existing floor for hollow tiles and uneven areas and level them where needed. Planks are cut neatly around door frames and cabinets, and we fit matching skirting and transition strips at doorways so there are no trip edges. Door bottoms are trimmed if the new floor height requires it, and our carpenters can rehang doors on the same visit.

Choosing your floor

We bring samples in different wood tones and thicknesses to the site visit. Thicker SPC planks with a built-in underlay are best for living rooms; thinner vinyl works for bedrooms where door clearance is tight. Planning a full makeover? Flooring is usually done after painting and before furniture goes in, and we can schedule both as part of a renovation.
